Each routine has 8 exercises. After completing the 8 exercises, rest for 2 minutes and then repeat for a total of 4 rounds. Each exercise is done either for time or reps. Although weights and bands are not required, they are recommended for added intensity. If an exercise is done on one side, expect to do it on the opposite. Meant to get the heart rate up and burn fat.
